Brown leaves veg 4 week

hi, I'm currently 4 weeks into veg, I've got 4 plants and the leaves are starting to go brown/yellow.
the plants are still drinking nutes and the roots are completely white and healthy on all of them.
can anyone help me diagnose the issue?

Hydroponic growing
Growing in bubble box systems
Nutes are canna vega a + b
EC is 1.2

Those look like old ass leafs.... I'm guessing the way bottom?? Or is this on a bunch of leaves?

not at the bottom no, not entirely the growth is stunted on them aswell.
