    Found this in the kids room... Missus bought it in Toys R us in the U.S.A a few years ago for about $30...


    Thought i would have a fuck around for a laugh...

    Photographer's lounge would be a good idea mate but no need for separate categories imo, phones and small cams are so good this days that you can hardly tell the difference from DSLR anymore...
    Photography is not about the gear, at least until you start shooting pro gigs that require minimum quality standards...

    The best camera is the one that you can have with you all the time, that's what every good photographer will confirm...
    I've traveled a lot in the past 15 years with ten pounds of DSLR gear on my back and i can tell you it's not that fun guys, dragging all that shit around wherever you go gets old really quick and levees a mark on your back...

    Few years back I had my DSLR gear stolen on the airport and I ended up buying a point and shoot so I don't have to use my phone, I have to admit I was really surprised how cool and easy it is to use such a camera...
    When we got back home and I had a proper look at the pics it turned out they were some of the best ones I ever took, and the reason was I always had that little camera with me and all those moments I would usually miss while I was getting a DSLR out of the backpack I snapped in a second with this little guy...

    Photography is about the person behind the camera and his or hers ability to see the composition, to notice the lines that guide the eye through the photo, catch the details that make a photo interesting...
    If your shooting on the streets it's all about that precise moment that has to be captured, those moments usually lasts just few seconds cause life is fast in the city so it's good to have a small candid camera rather than a big ass DSLR...

    Anyway... Just some of my views on the subject after more than a few years of photography and a good wake'n'bake, the point being that it would be good to have a place where people can get feedback on their photos and some pointers on how to improve their skills... ✌
