It's this little guy mate, Sony Nex 3n with pancake 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 power zoom...

Few years old model but it's still the smallest APS-C camera/lens combo in the world, u can get it used for around 100£ now...

It's so tiny that I can always carry it around with me but still takes DSLR quality pics... 👍

I've got a cheapo Tamrom AF70-300mm f/4-5.6DI telescopic with a 1:2 macro mode and some cheap macro extension tubes from ebay.

Certainly not the best macro solution but comparatively cheap and with a tripod you can see what's going on.

Open that in it's own tab for full res.

Pretty pleased with my Canon EOS M10.

Seems to take pretty good pics and I like the fact you can run old manual lens on these new mirrorless cameras.

Here's one with an old f1.4 canon 50mm

More than adequate for taking beautiful pics mate... 👍

Phones these days take far better photos than old film could ever reproduce, despite all the advances in photo gear 80% of the words most famous photographs are still from film days...

Got a question for you camera pros. I see some pics on here are crystal clear and yet a lot seem to be somewhat washed out or diminished resolution. A lot of the ones I take show as brilliant on my screen and yet when I load them on this site the quality seems to diminish as in the one above. It is quite likely settings that I haven't figured out yet so hoping for a bit of guidance. My puter is MS Surface and camera is canon poweshot A430. Cheers

I think it's down to dropping the size down to 2mb, it takes a lot of the quality out of the pictures.

Yeah but I'm not changing the size from when they come off the camera ie the size they are shot is the size that gets downloaded. Thanks for the reply Loki.
