I thought "The Rangers Football Club PLC" was liquidated and dissolved in 2012 and a new body "The Rangers Football Club Limited" was granted the low-tier SFA licence?

I agree congratulations are in order that Rangers Football Club Limited has made it into the Scottish Premier League, but RFCL is not "back" there. This will be their first ever season in that division.
