    Exclamation Anyone grew PEAT/Perlite mix? What PH?

    I have 50/50mix cant figure out what ph,everything seemed good at high,then did 6.2,pale green new growth,but all internet goes about fact it should be low in ph since its soilless,I have no idea,anyone grew?? =]

    The pH of the peat should be quite low something like 4.5. The perlite would be PH neutral. If there are no buffers in the medium then a higher pH feed would make sense.

    That would explain why things were better at a high PH feed. If I understand you. That media would also require feed in each water.
