Default Coco , run to waste pumps...

Looking to improve my growing skills and the one thing I'm really crap at is regular watering.
Have equip to automate this but need to deal with run-off.

Designing a small system that eight pots will run off into a central deep garland tray (10cm).
Pump kicks on at 2-3cm and pumps the run off out. Sounds simple.

Looking for a recommendation on equipment if anyone has used similar?

As its Coco am looking at dirty water pumps. Is this necessary?

I've thought about this myself. My problems always lied with the pump I'd use and also a pump that could remove every drop of water.

In the end I use a manual hoover to suck the water up with and empty that.

I thought about a gravity fed system but I don't have the space. Would still need to then remove it from the res after its drained into it. Unless you have a waste water drain close by.
