You'll be able to flower with what you have, it shouldn't be a problem.
I've seen some diaries on here with people flowering plants using less. I'm using 90w LED and 55w red CFL and I have some nice buds already, due to be harvested in a week or so.
I'd suggest that you keep them very trimmed and get some garden wire for training them with. When you put them into 12/12 (assuming that you have photo period) after about 2 weeks or so, they will go into a stretch and will typically nearly double in length, that goes for every shoot.
The main issue that you will have is the space available, you are going to struggle, this I can say for certain. You are going to have to learn how to trim and train them effectively so that they do not get over crowded.
If I were you, I'd take this as a learning experience and don't expect anything. Growing in a confined space is REALLY difficult. My first 2 grows were shit and perhaps managed to harvest enough for a couple of joints worth. I really hope that you do better than me though
