    Hi first time poster long time lurker.

    Could anyone tell me if this is a male of female plant? Ive been waiting for it to sprout the two hairs but it looks like its a male
    would anyone with more knowledge be able to confirm.

    That looks very much like a male plant from the tiny detail I can see from that picture.
