    Default Seed/hermie problem. Need help!

I started out with 6 plants, 4 ended up male I pulled them as soon as they showed sex far before they had a chance to pollinate. I'm about a month into flower and now I have seeds protruding out of the calxes all over the place!!! As you can see, this is a huge problem. My question is,each plant had 4 main colas from topping, and several smaller others. I also use a scrog screen. about 2 weeks into flower I broke off one of 4 main colas on one of my ladies trying to train in thru another square in my scrog. Is that enough to stress the point that it turns Hermie, pollinates itself and the other plant? Also, if this is the case, is it true seeds from Hermie's and plants pollinated from a Hermie are feminized seeds? Thanks for an input!

Also , what's the best way to sterilize the room after the grow is finished? Is it recommended I tear down the mylar and rewrap the room just in case the pollen got blown behind the mylar from the fans?
