How much nutrients do I mix with water in vegging stage??

Hi guys I've had my seeds in soil under 600w light since Friday that are above soil now I am feeding water for 2 weeks. When I come to vegging stage in 2 weeks time how much bio biz grown nutrients to I mix with water and do I up the amount each week through the vegging stage

if you go on Bio biz website you can download there nutrient scheduled

I'd start them with a 1/2 ml per litre and take it from there, but as above has already said there's nute programmes avaiable with each brand just google it, I'd still start at half the recommended dose though
