Finding Your Tolerance Level

Every individual is different and has a differing level of tolerance. Tolerance level is the amount of oil you can tolerate comfortably. Your tolerance level will build as you use the oil. In other words, you will be able to take more oil without feeling the effects as much after a few days or week.

To find your tolerance level, take one capsule of your beginners dose and wait 2 hours. If you don't feel anything then go ahead and take another capsule, then wait another 2 hours. Repeat this process until you start feeling affects then STOP. Count the number of capsules you took. This will help you find the correct maximum dosage you should start with. If you take more than 2 you can reduce the carrier ratio. Those not use to cannabis should find 40:1 ok, but we are all different so please experiment.

This table is based on a 1g dose. Size 00 capsules hold 0.95ml, not 1ml so the chart is not 100% but very close and will not cause a problem
