    Evening all!
Quick update, everything is set up. The ballast is set to 400w and on. The exhaust fan is set on the low,390 setting. I've set the fan speed controller to 25 degrees. I've set minimum speed on the exhaust at 30% and 10% for the intake. I've put the probes from everything on a bucket in the middle with a standard thermometer. Along with my vivarium hygrometer, so I can see temps and humidity without opening the doors. There's also a small 7" oscillating fan in there. (There will be more).
I've locked it up and I'm gonna leave it half hour or so. Then I'll check see what's happening. See if all my temp readers agree with the fan controller.

I think if all goes well, I'll switch my fan to high,790 speed when I switch my light to 600w super lumen. 😆(during late flowering)

I'll post another update later with pics and results. If the bulb cools quick enough, I'm gonna put the cfl in and check that ready for vegging.

Just walked into my garden and fuck me, the fans on full whack, it's bloody loud. No hum or buzz, just the sound of air rushing out. Like someone's letting off a fire extinguisher.

Any one got any tips for that?
Will one of those downward scoop vent covers help?

Duct mufflers, just extra wide section of duct line with foam. Just some of that I don't know what kind of foam it is you know it if you saw it.

My carbon snarley grobbly snurket extractor thing is in the tent, my fan is outside in a big cardboard box, with stuff in it to suppress the noise.

How does that work? Just cover it over the extraction pipe and clamp it like a jam jar?

Place the cloth at the end of the extraction pipe and clamp it down. Should muffle it some.

Temps sitting at 27 degrees, fans on full= good. All temp readers are the same= good. My back up fan even kicked in on a separate thermostat.
I'm quite pleased considering it was 20 degrees in there before I turned anything on. I've got another setting to go up on my fan and the likely hood of me growing this time of year is small. As long as I crack on the rest of the year that's fine.

Sweet, i've got more different density of cloth than you could shake a stick at.
Being in the curtain and blind trade does have some perks. I'll bring home some different fabric and see what happens. 😆
    Cheers guys!
