    Default Rvk 10" l1

Has anybody got any experience with this fan?
Just about to order one and just making sure the L1 is the one to go for over the A1.
Noise would be my main concern.
I've already got a new Rhino pro 10" carbon filter.
    Cheers 👍🏼

Bleedin' heck! & there was me wondering if a 6" RVK may be better than a 5" for my room when used with a fan controller

What size room do you have & what intake are you using?

Lol.Im starting a cellar grow using nft.Tent is 240x120x200.Only got 170 headroom so will need to modify to fit or buy new tent (got link off this forum)
Using my 125 l1 for intake which was my old extractor.
Was never really good enough for environmental control so thought I'd go bigger after a lot of advice and get complete control of the humidity/temp/neg pressure (purchasing GSE controller-any reviews?)
Just wondered about noise between A1 & L1??
    Cheers

A1 or L1 you will most probably need a fan controller on.... A variac controller may be the best way forward?

    I have a 8" RVK L1 (1000m/hr) in a 2x2x2m tent.
Its a beast, with passive intake it will pull the tent so much I'd worry about the longevity of the stitching.
Dialled down to around 75% with a 6" intake it runs fine. Probably should have got a 6" L1 and run at max.

Your 10" will be a monster for a 2.4x1.2 tent. Don't forget the size of the filter too.

I'm assuming there's no detrimental effect if I say used an 8" RVK with the 10" carbon filter using a reducer?
