Super cheese harvest question ???

I've finally harvested my super cheese. Weighed (wet) I have 44 1/2 oz . How much should I expect to lose once dried???

Expect to lose about 75/80% of the wet weight

Ffs. That's totally pissed me off. Does that also depend on how it's dried ? I've currently got it drying in a cool room on netting and fans going. Is this the best way to dry in your opinion.

You want it around 20 degrees and 50% around humidity.

My problem is keeping the grow room warm as the lights are not on.

How would you get it warm enough? My temp is about 15. Bit short of turning the heaters on which makes it to hot. I'm out of ideas
