    Default Cloning time vs seed time

    Hey all,

    I buddy of mine is starting a grow. His plan was to have 4 plants but due to some germination issues he only has 2 which have just came out of the ground. I have offered to take a couple of clones off my plants to get him back up to 4. My question is, how large should his plants be when I start the clones so they will all be of a similar size... It will be a couple of weeks (or more) before I can even think about taking the cuttings. Hope this makes sense.

    You really should be looking at starting clones about now and as long as the next week. Within 7-10 days his seedlings will take off and be about the size of a medium clone. Your clones will take 7-10 days before they start to grow well. So the only real difference is there clones will be more mature.
