Question PPM for feed and run off in Coco? Anyone got any info?

    Alright people,
I'm new to growing all together, did a practice crop a while ago using dwc and got root rot (damned loft) so decided to give Coco a go.
I've looked all over for a ppm guide for feed and run off during veg and the stages of flower but I haven't had any joy
Can someone here please help me with a bit of info or send me a link to a thread?
    Any guidance is greatly apprecited.
    Peace
    FLP

Most nutrient companies will provide that info some place on their website, or directly on the feed schedules.

Just remember Phil nutrient charts are only a guide, Your plants will soon tell you what they want and what they do not. I know that may sound like not much help but as you go your learn to read your plants. When first starting in coco just keep it simple ph to 5.8 and 20% run off will see you good.

Thanks Kbag, I've been keeping my pH to between 5.8 to 6 but will stick to 5.8 from now on.
I've heard about people using the feed feed flush method, is this just to remove any salt build up in the Coco?
Sorry for all the questions, I'm just very curious.

Feed flush feed flush removes salt build ups and helps to reset the coco to a clean slate.
