leaves curling up?

iv notices some of my plants the leaves are curling under themselves?
my temps dont go over 30oC, they can stand up straight so they are strong and green, but there curling under?? they dont feel week?

they get watered x4 a day, grow tank takes 3min to fill and about 2 min to empty, this is don evey 6hours, iv just switched the timer to water every 5 hours now so gets watered x5 aday now.
plants are about 1-2" high and about 2-3" wide now
its the 2nd lot of leave that are curling?
cud it be bot enought water? iv added another feeding to the timer this morning?

definatly? my ec is 0.9

also my nutes tank is full i just filled it lstnyt? with they be ok for a week or 2 till i can lower the ec? it isnt that high imo? or every day i could pore just ph'd water around the area, the ec of my tape water is 0.38, so i sort of flush them a little so they dont get over fertilised much till i can lower the ec of the tank when theres room?

will canna flush lower the ec of i pore it in tank or is it just for flushing the plants out? i have distilled water that has a ec reading of 0.1 which if distilled out the air by my dehumidifier i have in my flat, i will ph that and use that?

try around 0.6 mate for seeds and young seedlings

just add plain water that will dilute your nutrient and lower the EC value, if the tank is full then drain or scoop some out
then adjust the pH to approx 5.8

iv managed to get the grow tank off (my grow tank is fitted on top of nutes tanks) i now have an ec of 0.67 and ph 5.7

new problem, dono if its to do with overfertilising still, but some leaves are going very dark green, almost blue, its the veiny part of the leaves if you no what i mean?

ok reading this is prob why,
"Phosphorus is absorbed best in Hydro and Soil less Mediums at ph levels of 4.0- 5.8. (Wouldn’t recommend having a ph over 6.5 in hydro and soil less mediums.) Best range for hydro and soil less mediums is 5.0 to 6.0. Anything out of the ranges listed will contribute to a Phosphorus Deficiency."

i normally ph my wayer to 5.8 but with clay pellets my ph can rise and my ph reading for my nutes tank has some times been 6.5 before i have ph'd it again.

so am i ok to ph my water to 5? so i dont need to keep adjusting it every day?
