25c is a bit too high they will dry too fast on the outside...Around 20c works best i've found, your humidity is ok.

Alright Bud, we've been drying now since Saturday night, stems not snapping yet but act like a stick of straw if you know what I mean. Buds are crispy to touch but soft to squeeze.
