Do these need attention?

You done good squeezing the water out.
Never let your plants sit in any water.
If I was you I'd out it in the cup an fill with soil.
Try and remember to feel the weight of that peat
Pellet and how heavy it is . After putting it in the cup
Leave it to dry so the cup feels really light.water again
Only then and use around 100ml of water.that should be
Enough to get a few drops out the bottom of the cup.
Or water a bit at a time till you do get a few drops then stop.
An stay on that till you repot.

So I put straw on the little girl and helped , but today I noticed so roots growing of main root above the ground so I though as I was going to put in bigger cup anyway to gently pull her out and replant abit deeper. As I was doing this I broke off about a 1cm off the bottom on the root. Shit! Is she going to be ok still at such a young age?

Hey dude it's kind of tough start and seedlings sometimes. They look like they're doing okay but that's soil might be a little bit hot for them. If you can get more light on them and a fan to help with that stretch that's probably your best bet right now. Then in about a week you could repot really easy and buy them way up to just below their first round leaves.
