The leaves are really really dry and curling up from the sides into a cone on some of them the spots are more brown than in the pics all the leaves around the bud and on the branches are fine

looks like a cal/mag def mate. try giving them a spray of calmag or epsom salts.
raise your lights right away from them or even pull them out tent spray all the top and underneath the leaves.
dont worry about them very bottom ones they will die as no light will be getting down there.
which would you says better not really heard much about epsom salts

which ever you can get hold of sooner. the sooner the better. them leaves got that rusty spot calmag looks about them. which will be working its way up top.
i personally have not used epsom salts so cant recommended on how much use etc, as for calmag get 1litre spray bottle and put 2ml calmag in it
