heated prop. 10 notes, rockwool cubes cheap as chips, soak in water straight from tap no ph'd n by the time they crack open the chlorine would have dissipated, small squeeze to draw in some oxygen, slap in the prop for three days , cover with jacket or some shit to keep dark.. boom works a treat.. atb, ripped open cube this time and slapped them in da coco, could have just added to coco but thought i'd be hardcore this time lol

    that's just me

Just leave it open for 24hours to get chlorine out, like oxy said. Then use it. You should be OK. 😆

why do people use rockwool? is it more reliable or something than burying it in soil?

Personally I don't use it. I just soak the seeds til they sink. Then put them in a damp paper towel in a warm dark place. Then wait for tap roots and plant.

last ones i did were in a glass of water for 36hrs or so, then when I checked em they were still floating but had taproots so i just put em straight in soil. that rockwool has me curious though cos you see it mentioned a lot.
