Anyways, so yeah smoking is fun and getting high is great! But for some people, me included it slows me down, (not on a mental or really physical level, because it does slow me down by not making mistakes) but calms me, takes anxiety away, lets me enjoy the moment im in ect... Im always so rushed and high strung/tense. My best days are the carefree, days where I can actually sit down and enjoy what im doing. This is why I truly love this plant/medicine.
Now as I look through seeds and seeds and seeds on seedbanks, it makes it hard to decide what plant will best help me medically. Sure I feaking love thc, but is there something else I should be looking for in a plant. Cbd vs thc, and if so what percentages ect? Are the 1/1 the best of both worlds?
I know you all arnt psych docs haha, but I think you guys can get where im coming from.
What strains should someone with anxiety, stress, anger/irritability look for.
