Cheers Smiffy, I'm just rummaging around in the garage for something the right size!

Looks like you have 2 plants in party cups, I would grab a stack of those cups, say 5 and drop my cup in there. It should raise it enough. add or take away as needed. Don't forget to put holes in them for drainage

They're in 3 inch seedling pots, just propped some polystyrene under them for now.
All my other 3 inch pots are in the garden shed, probably riddled with mites and bugs.
Will wash them down in the morning with a bit of boiling water and do that.
    Good idea that, thanks.

    Yes.

Seedlings were soaked in water and rhizo till they sank (3 hours or so), then they popped less than 24hours after potting.
Temp's in the propagator are 24-25*C over 90% RH. So this seems to be a good start for them.
    So day 2...

They haven't had a water yet, coco is still damp.
I've normally nuked them and drowned them by this stage!

I have a T5 for seedlings, its only 96w and produces next to no heat, I can generally keep the plants under that for about 4 weeks.

I then put them under either my LED or my Full spectrum lamp

Good luck with the grow, best to start a diary thou and get some help

Samwise, what colour bulbs are you running? Just the blue spectrum?
