flush issue

I gave my auto a flush she's 7 week old from the time she got her first true leafs, she's stunted but very very very bushy lots of nodes and bud sites and pistils forming all over, I gave her flush to get rid of any excess build up ECT, all I did was get plenty of water into the pot and held it over the bath and let all this brown coloured water flush out of her , since then she's been drooping all day today since yesterday, I this the same effect as over watering? Or have I flushed out all the bloom feed I gave her and now she's hungry? Any ideas

It will perk back up once the medium dries a bit...
