    Default Endless Botanicare Hydroguard

Hey guys and gals Im not sure why I just thought of this only now but whilst activating a 1L of em I thought why not buy some botanicare hydroguard and use that as a stock culture? BHG is just an isolated form of bacillus bacteria and surely it can be used to ferment molasses in the same fashion as em1?

If this is the case then you could make 40L of Hydroguard for the price of 1L(ex molasses ect) at $22 on amazon

If anyone is interested in trying this experiment that has the product in their possession it would be a massive help.

for 1L and the recipe scales up or down easily enough.
40ml em1 + 40ml black strap molasses + 920ml water to give dome breathing space in the 1L bottle for shaking ect.
when pH of the solution drops to 3.8 or below and has rested at this pH for 5-7 days its ready for use.

That's how simple it is to make activated em1 so it may be the same for Hydroguard and if so will become very affordable.

I am not from the US or any 1st world nation for that matter so for me to obtain hydroguard would be at great expense and this method if it works will make it viable.

So FOR SCIENCE or GREAT JUSTICE whichever floats your boat if you have some and are keen on experimenting know that you could make a massive difference to many people with minimum effort.
All posts by this account are fictional at best and downright misleading at worst.

    Sorry but what's em1

Wouldn't a microscope be required to ensure the correct bacteria is multiplying?

EM1 is effective lactic bacteria that can be used from agriculture to cleaning.
Its a lving bacteria culture that produces enzymes of a higher caliber than either hygrozyme or cannazyme for a fraction of the cost.

to ensure that the bacteria is multiplying one only has to look for fermentation much like when using yeast to produce beer. Now you would only use 1 strain of yeast in your beer but EM1 has so many strains that producing the exact formula can only be done in a lab the best we can do is activate the substance but to produce a mother culture would be much more complicated.
Now in the case of Hydroguard it is a single isolated species of bacillus bacteria so fermenting to produce more should be easy as pie.

the proof of cannazyme and hygrozyme being less effective can be found here so people don't think im spouting nonsense. off site link but not to a product or service to compete with the sponsored suppliers on this site. NO LINKS TO OTHER FORUMS
Lots of info in this thread proving that EM1 but in this case its called Pond Cleaner and is made by scd probiotics.

Origional EM1 vs SCD is much over muchness and boils down to whats easily available and the cheapest.
Pond cleaner is not a mother culture so you would use it straight out the bottle as apposed to activating it.

Just realized my link was the incorrect one.... here is the actual comparison again this is not a link to a product that or service to compete with the sponsored suppliers on this site.

here is a search definition that will give you the link at the top of googles page.
Search for Affordable-and-Economical-Enzyme-Products and the first link will get you there : )
