    I got some from Walmart, and some from a feed shop. I don't know where it is in the UK. How much money you want to spend on your lights, they range from cheap to very expensive. I have a really cheap one 300W LED Wellpar, I am very happy with, only 64.00 bucks, and I have one of the best made IMOP a Solar Flair 220, 439 bucks. Those two are at the low light level, but produce some good bud.

    By Sodium do you mean the HPS and MH Lights? Nothing is better over all then the HPS-MH light's, but the LED's run a close second. You will get heavy bud with the hps-mh lights, but at a much higher cost. The LED'S run a lot cooler and for a lot less money elect wise. My little LED 220 gets me around 6oz a plant, and it use a lot less elect like I said early, and runs much cooler, less heat issue. Here are some pictures of some plants I have under the cheap 300W wellpar, now in VEG. They seem to grow just as much under this light as they do under my more expense 220, but haven't got to the Flower stage yet, but looks like it will be just as good at my best guess. Plant on the left is 4 weeks veg, and the one on the right is 3 week veg. I hope this will give you some idea.
