Default Nute burn or bigger issue?

    Hello guys,

Onto my second grow and been trucking along nicely with no issues until now. I'm 4 weeks into flower and starting to get some signs of what i would guess as being nute burn/nitrogen toxicity. Am i right on the diagnosis? and if so what would you greenthumbs recommend to aid them, just cutting back on the bloom nutes for a bit? been feeding 4ml/l of Oldtimers Bloom for the last week or so and going by their schedule next week i should be upping that to 5ml/l. As always all help and advice is appreciated!

Some pics, sorry about the LED light i am unable to bring them out of the tent they are stuck in there! lol i tried my best -

I don't think it's nute burn. Have you used any epsom salts or such like?

No i feed Cal/mag every watering as i'm in a soft water area. My last grow taught me that one
