Default High temps inside my tent

Growing in the loft, I thought I would have the opposite problem at this time of year... Germinated a couple of seeds recently and they are now under my 250w HPS. The seedlings havent got through the soil yet (only put them in earlier today)

My temps are reaching 27-30 so it's getting quite hot in there. Max has been 31.5 so far! Does this mean my extraction isn't working very well? I'm not seeing any negative pressure when the fan is on either

Although I do feel hot air coming out the other end of the ducting, which is going outside the house.

    Extraction setup is:
    RAM 100 / 200 4-inch Carbon Filter - (170m³per hr)
    Manrose CFD200SN 100mm In-Line Standard Centrifugal Fan - (110m3/hr 31 litres per second)

    Tent is:
    0.8 x 0.8 x 1.8m

Bit worried about temps already, and the fact it may get a bit smelly when they start to flower (due to no negative pressure?)

    Help!

27 degrees at the moment. 41% humidity. Suppose that's not bad

Yeah, I'm extracting out the loft.

It was a good night.. woke up and tent was at 25 degrees and 80% humidity - seeds already seem to be breaking soil

The temps will dip soon as the weather cools. My attitude is, as long as I can keep below 30c I'm happy
