I am the third week into veg, running lights 24 hours. Would it mess with the ladies hormones if I switched the lights off for, say 30 minutes, every two hours to keep the heat down?

Ya that is a bit much. there are abunch of different light schedules you can run however such as GLR and a couple others. You don't need to run you lights 24/0 3 weeks into veg, once they are this long they would appreciate a bit of a break.

lots people run veg 24/0 . my upcoming veg tent will be run 22/2 just to give them little break and also me equipment
