Default should i feed my plant??

Hi guys just after a bit of advise I have 4 plants in soil and only 1 has started turning yellow they are only 1week 3 days old and the soil is supposed to feed them for around 3 weeks is it common that only 1 would have used up all the nutrients in the soil that quick while the others are ok?? Also I have not long watered them so if I have to when should I feed the plant as I don't want to overwater??

at 3 days old they wont need any feed. its probably the opposite, the soil is to hot. a pic would help diagnose properly. what soil are you using?

    They ar 10 days old.

I did put a post up a couple of days ago about the leaves being curled ans the diagnosis was the plant was to close to my fan and was too much breeze as all the others are ok

Looks like the leaves are curling a bit, if you have a fan blowing the leaves then try moving it so the air current doesn't hit the leaves directly

It's more the discolouring I'm worried about i know in the pics it doesn't look much but next to my other plants it so much paler and in some bits yellowish

I'm seeing a lot of heat/wind stress but no real yellowing that I wouldn't expect under the circumstances...

any more details of your set up?
