It is so hard not to do the entire word in capitals. No idea where that started or why it is like that.

Good luck with what you are planning and just shout if you want to know anything or have stuff made clear, some truly great folks here on THCtalk.

I am convinced about dark times. Its why I run my autos now on 19/5

When I was growing indoors the variety of autos was limited to lowrider and a few other varieties available. Problem was is they were not the best producers.

Has that changed with the hybridization of the ruderalis plants..

What are your opinions on the pros and cons of autos.
Seems like it may be a good idea as I still guerrilla grow.
I was using a nl#5 where I live as it has a nice short flower time.
Most autos will be on par with a photo version, given the same veg time. Dinafem do a great range of xxls that are heavy yielders. I'm just starting a diary with 2 xxls under 2x 600w, as for lighting, I personally go for 20/4. The accepted minimum is 18/6, but 12/12 will finish it, but at a diminished yield.
Most auto strains can be topped too, & lightly trained.

Yeah, maybe the first 3-4 days on 24/0, but back down once seed pops up.

Also they're good to run through cooler months. Keeps the temps constant for most of the cycle.

    Hey Java!

I do both. I like autos indoors and I also do guerrilla growing every year.

The autos do really well indoors under lamps but every time I've tried them outdoors they just don't cut the mustard size wise. I've tried them in pots in the back garden and in the ground at my guerrilla patch and they don't seem to grow as big as they do in my tent.

The smoke's nice but ya don't get a lot of it from my experience.

The idea that the plants should finish mid summer seems perfect for avoiding bud rot and I'll keep looking for a good outdoor auto but out in the wild, it's fast flowering photoperiod plants for me mate. Gotta be a bit lucky with the weather too in rainy ol England.

Here's a few of pics of my Dinafem Big Kush guerrilla grow from this year.

We pulled 14 Oz (dry) of small hard nugs, and it's fookin strong.

I bought a product called "Bud rot Stop", they got sprayed with that a bit.. dunno if it helped but we got hardly any mold.

    ✌🏼️
