hps light

hi there! i have just sprouted my 2 auto seeds, they sprouted from the soil today but i have a problem. i dont have any light except 400w hps light of mine. there is no sun where i live in this season and i have a flourescent on my room. they only got light from my flourescent on the ceiling of my room.

should i put them under my hps light or what should i do?

If you've nothing else. Throw them under the hps don't get the light too close obviously.

Yip, HPS's can be used from sprouting as long as you keep them a decent distance away (esp a 400w), will depend on setup but I'd be thinking 50cm-60cm above for first few days till they get used to it. Don't keep it that far away for too long or they'll stretch and get leggy.

You will be fine, keep a good distance between the seedlings and the lamp and just keep an eye on stretch.
