Dude ,Im assuming you are a young puppy , just keep it simple for now , invest slowly like most of us do . start wth basics , otherwise it will cost you thousands in one shot lol

Buddy if your going soil then being where you are you probably gonna gain a few patients.....so....in that case go organic and fuck the ph'ing off and have prime organic buds.

How about nutrients? you would be good with a american version or get hold of bio bizz or plant magic. Get some trichoderma amd some mollases and get that biological activity going nuts in the rhizome. best o luck lad
