Simply print a copy of your order form and provide a clear return name and delivery address. Be sure to also include the delivery charge in your total; for International customers, the delivery charge is $12 USD (for a tracked postal service which provides proof of delivery)

Herbies servers states the site is up so it's probably just a technical glitch..I've tried ringing them but no reply I'm gonna shoot them an email now see if someone is monitoring the email and able to help

Offt, pretty shit but there are other options and I still imagine they'll be back online in some form before long.

I think of all the longer term suppliers i've used, 10 + years, they've nearly all totally rebranded/reformed themselves at least once or had their payment processing pulled, it happens.

seems a strange way of doing things,other sellers have lost their cc processors in the past,have simply put up a post on their websites stating thats whats happened etc and the same on forums.

complete disapearance from the net would suggest something else is up,taxman perhaps or sale of the business.

perhaps theyre fed up with seeds and going back to clothing
