    Default Hydroponic DWC questions

    Hi fellas

I havent done Hydroponics in a very long time 10+ years, Will be starting a DWC grow after the holidays .

Can someone post me up the General EC values from :seedling, early/late vegging ,early Flowering , mid/late flowering . I totally forget for Hydroponics , all my notes are gone . I will be using REMO nutrients , and Growing Blue Dream from Humboldt , and from what ive researched already , she is a heavy feeder .....

Ive never done DWC , so any tips and tricks will be very appreciated , one can only read so much from a book , I want personlized data ...

Gonna make a Diary of this organic DWC VS ORganic soil of the same strain ........

What germination method did you use , Rockwool ? Heard its not too good for dwc . Ill be using hydroton balls in my basket .

I germinate my DWC seedlings in root riot cubes and a propagator, I'm not a fan of rockwool in general but don't see why it wouldn't be happy in DWC, all the wee cube is really doing is incubating the seedling and keeping it moist for a few days and giving something for the first wee radicle root to bury into, as soon as it goes into the netpots/clay pebble/balls it's job is basically done, the plant will likely tear it to bits for laugh

Grew Blue Dream in coco years back but it got a bit crowded out by some bigger plants, was incredibly crystally though, almost snowy, gorgeous smoke but that's about all I remember :P

i use the foam cubes from root it they are much better than rockwool.

Rockwool always seems to fuck with my Ph levels.
I dont feed at the same rates as Jay jay, i go lower, but im sure the feed he ststes will work ok.
I usually start them at 0.6EC for weeks 1-3, then 1.0-1.2EC till flip, then in flower i ramp it up week 1-3 at 1.3-1.4, weeks 4-7 at 1.6 -1.8, then i lower it for week 7 to 1.4 , then flush for a week to 10 days..

The best feed schedule is the one your plants decide on, they are all different and different strains feed differently.
Humbowlts blue dream is a hungry one, so maybe up the feeds a bit, but, wait for the plant to show you it needs more
Super lemon haze is another hungry one, and they both like some extra calcium, i noticed.

    Good luck

Yeah i was never a fan of rockwool . Only thin available in my area, damn algae loves rockwool due to its alkaline ph . Its good to.let them soak overnight in 5-5.5 ph but still
