Stretching

I bend my down in veg get a nice compact Bush 4 weeks veging ,but when i flip they go from 1ft to 3ft ' they crop v well but would be nice 2 keep them a little shorter - any tips (rdwc ) please

run the MH bulb through the 1st two weeks of the flip. and try keep night and day temps close with in 5degree if ya can.
also training through veg with topping will help

Strain choice will be your best bet to control the stretch. You can also use defoliation and supercropping as means to control stretch. Maybe using a scrog to grow them would help. Then you can control the stretch nearly 100%. Cheers.

tie mine down 4 weeks into 12/12 if needed

Cheers joker will use m h next time - they get lots of training bending ect - growing cherry bomb 1st time - use 2 growing cheese . There in 3 weeks in - don't look as bushy as cheese ......
