I'm a new grower, my plant is a couple weeks old and I have 4, 40 watt cfl lights around it. It's kept warm too. No other leaves are yellow or anything but my two sprouting leaves are (not the pot leaves). Why? And what can I do?

Don't worry about it mate, they ain't designed to last forever. That said, it may be lack of light at the base causing this.... but I still wouldn't overly worry about it
It's Not What You Know, It's What You Can Prove
Its normal nothing to worry about....they yellow and dry up and fall off
What kind of soil?
Temps?
Light distance from sprout?
How often are you watering? With or without nutes?
Those two little sprout leaves contain nutes to get your seedling started but if your not using a medium with nutes in it like fox farms ocean forrest you will need to provide seedling strength nutes from the start. leaves turn yellow as the plant is sucking the nutrients out of the leaves as thats the only source.
