Default feeding multi pal times a day when rooted ?

hey guys wanted to ask about feeding twice a day once a plant is fully rooted.

if im feeding the plant at 0.9ec 450ppm with 1 litre of ph water of 5.8 a day.

if i want to feed the plant twice would i either lower the ec or would i just feed 500ml of water at 0.9ec in the morning then another 500ml at 0.9ec at night ?

im just a little confused on multiple feeding and want to get it cleared up

I also been looking into multiple smaller/less nutrient dense feeds per day as opposed to a single feed. I think it makes sense.

Body builders and athletes usually consume 6 small meals each day and lets face it we all want out cannabis to be the Arnold Schwarzenegger of the plant kingdom.

Maybe I should keep it simple though until I get a grow or two under my belt.

Just about to embark on my first coco grow and an answer to this question would certainly fill in some blanks, if there's a knowledgeable coco grower out there willing to chuck an opinion at it it'd be greatly appreciated, or in others words, pull your finger out!

    *faint finger popping sound*

I'd keep the feed EC the same, and just split my 1000ml into 2 x 500mls (still making sure you're getting some runoff each time)

coco is shitloads more porus than soil and doesn't retain water anywhere near as much so can reasonably get fed, drain and then be fed again the same day (soil would just saturate even with daily watering), doesn't have anything to do with the feed strength, just making it available to the plant more often

Right guys. I've done bodybuilding and I've grown in coco lol.
So my opinion is - they don't compare and got noting in common!
I would only feed once a day 1 hour after the lights are on with enough feed solution to give you 20% runoff and you will have a successful grow with great results.
The only time I would feed twice will be if your plants are too big for their pots and the root mass is huge. Than can cause the coco to dry out very quickly and you DON'T want that. In that case I would give them another watering with the same feed solution as earlier. The only trouble with that is that your humidity will be higher during the lights off period so you must be careful with that.

Repot be fine as long as the roots are well established in the small pots
Feed the same if they are as healthy as they should be.
