your dipping a cut clone into your Tomorite fertilizer before planting the cutting?

thats probably a bad idea, its a concentrated fertilizer not a rooting hormone
but if you have still managed to root cuttings by doing that then fair enough
    i wouldnt recommend it though

My reasons are it gives it the nutes it needs directly where it was cut to help promote recovery and growth. Well thats my theory anyhow lol.

It works so im happy enough. If it failed then i wouldnt do it.

For the record I would only spray them every few days. I don't even put domes over my cuts. I just take a cut dip in clonex and pop into a rock wool cube pre soaked in tap water. 7-10 days later and this

You can . Rockwool is easier but a peat mix with lots of vermeculite will work .

What you want to do . Is cut at a node . Then scrape the stem skin about an inch or so above . Dip in Seaweed or kelp and dont slide your clone into the soil , make a small hole place it and cover it with your soil .

Ive done this with weed and grapes . Works well . But rockwool is much more forgiving .

The trick is not to make your soil wet and soggy . Just moist until you can pinch it and it can stick together ,no.more cuz you will cause stem rot .
