Paid a brief visit to the valleys in the summer - just for the day.
STILL trying to get my shop up and running....it's been a bad year for illness and bereavement in my circle of people so cash has been very tight but as ever I am hopeful for a change.
I'm still training and trying to lose weight - won my comp AGAIN so am UK champion for the 2nd year running...I have a fun video of it floating around somewhere on my performer faceache page.
After the year we have had, my 2017 promise is to nurture all the friendships that mean something to me, rather than those you feel obligated to....hence another reason why I am floating back.
Missed you crazy sods SO much.

Scary stuff....BUT I discovered about 15 mins ago that a 2017 one is going to be held in HOLLAND!
