    Default High humidity in bedroom

Hey guys I've recently put a little veg cupboard in my bed room and humidity is getting quite high causing the windows to condense. My girl friend has started complaining that she's waking up every morning with a cough and tight chest and so have I this morning. Shes blaming the high humidity is this possible??

It's possible but dry air and low humidity are more likely to cause coughing and a tight chest. Be careful with the condensation on the windows its a slight giveaway. Get yourself a dehumidifier for the room or extract your stale air into the loft space

I'm gonna go buy a dehumidifier. The Windows always had a bit of condensation but not this much. I think we might be starting with a bug and she's getting a bit worried over nothing.

We didn't wake up till 2.10 we've had like 12 hours sleep, I tried telling her if it's that bad surely we wouldn't be sleeping for so long. I think she might just be in one of them moods.

I would have my bed room check out by an Professional, to make sure there isn't any kind of Position mold growing anywhere, Don't want to scare you, but they just had a show on the Tube about this, and if I were you, I would move to another place, until I find out for sure what was causing your problem. lol, that sounds a bit OTT for the windows misting up?

Growing in yr bedroom with windows sealed will generally always result in a damp room one way or another, i always have a bit of a cough when i go from my warm dry living room to my colder, higher humidity bedroom and yea, it gets worse if your sharing the room with another person
