    Default Based on pistils, ready?

First off, thanks to everyone on the forum for all the advice... you have all been awesome!

I've been taking a combination of advice from this forum, google and youtube. And as such, I've decided to harvest by the "Zeus" method as I believe its important to look at your overall plant when deciding maturity, vs. just one aspect (trichomes).

With that said, if you were to harvest based on pistils alone, would you say this budding site is ready?

No, I'm taking a combination of advice. If there was a "one-size fits all" for growing, there wouldn't be forums, youtube videos and websites for people to discuss their experiences.

Id never harvest on the pistils alone, ive had them turn far too early in flower before. It's by no means an accurate sign of maturity. Looking at the pic Id say you've a while to go yet

I would never go by the pistols. They tell you nothing. The only way is by the trichomes. End of.

For sure, I'm taking into account everything. Its just that there are a lot of ambers on the outer sugar leaves, but inside, toward the middle, still a lot of clear/cloudy with zero amber. I was just curious to hear opinions on those pistils as I thought they were showing signs of not being mature yet as well.

You can have brown pistols way before the trichomes are milky, let alone amber. It depends on strain and conditions.

Like Blue said, you've some time to go yet.

I agree with all above^ You never want to go by the tricks on the sugar leaves or fan leaves, just on the bud sites them selves.
