You can get perlite from hydro shops, B&Q, The Range, and I think Homebase too.

I would repot it and add a layer of perlite to the bottom of pot for drainage.

Looks like it's been starved of oxygen which has stopped it growing, this happens when the soil isn't draining properly

I have no idea about cfl I'm using 400 watt hps so can't advise there but plenty on here use them, if your plant is a regular you can save it but if its an auto you won't have the time to save it in my opinion

Sorry I can't seem to upload anymore pictures, doing this from my phone and it's just not letting me....

Yeah I have the digital and old school ones but I tested the digital one and I'm a little sketchy about the feedings it gives.

Need to figure out how to get picture uploads working again now! 😡

I'm pretty new at growing mate but 25/30% humidity seems low, had it been that low for 5 weeks?

When I popped mine, I was told to aim for around 70/80% humidity for the first stage of seedlings. I'd go to the mentoring section and try find a mentor, that's what I did, there's a lot of helpful people on here I'm sure someone will mentor you.
