Hello I would like to know if there are anyone else into baking sourdough.
I have only just started my own two starters 2 and 3 days ago so I am literally starting from scratch but I would love if anyone could share there tips or recipes etc
Here's how I started my starters I tried to methods
1) 56 grams flour & 56 grams water
50/50 organic wholewheat flour and organic white bread flour
2) 56 grams flour and 56 grams pineapple juice organic freshly malted Barley (@brewery for highest enzyme content)and milled and sieved (home) and organic whole wheat flour.
These were started 11 pm Friday night so at 11pm tonight(72 hours) I will remove 50% from each and feed with the same equal amounts and I believe this should keep 100% hydration.
So this is a learning curve for me and I'm hoping I'm not the only one here because it would be great to know I'm not flogging a dead horse lol
