Default Mixed Grow (Photo & Auto)... Finishing Autos on 12/12

    Hey all,

Not intentionally, I have a mixed grow of both autos and photos. My autos are 1 maybe 2 weeks from finishing but I need/want to switch to 12/12 from the current 18/6 to get my photos to turn. I am running out of time as I can't take my grow too late in April. My question is, what will it do to my finishing autos if I switch them to 12/12 this close to finishing?

Probably nothing other than a slightly lower yield. I'd prob reduce gradually to minimise any shock.

Photos flower fine on 12/12. An auto is no different. Their benefit is being able to give them more than 12 hours light

Thanks for the help! I wasn't sure I would like the autos but I have to admit, the grow was very easy. If the quality is there, I will do another run. Now to flip my Candy Cane and another 9 weeks of growing pleasure LOL

    Thanks again!

    Hey EaZie,

As an update; we just had a major power outage which put my girls into darkness for more than 12 hours.... I took it as a sign that Mother Nature wanted me to flip them :-) I will post something here if I see anything noteworthy with my autos.
