tent size is 100cm and height 120cm 250cfl and a rhino filter kit. my bedroom got very cold so I had to put a small heater fan in it on a low setting for an hour. would you say that could be the culprit?

Yes quite possible mate..... I think it would be very hard to get heat stress from a 250w CFL so yeah I think it was your heater mate. Have you not got a thermostat in your tent ? If so I would recommend getting one 👍

Your grow space is very small also so it would get hot very fast

Temps wanna be around 26 degrees lights on give or take 1 degrees and 5 degrees less with lights out so around 21-22 👍 humidity in veg wants to be as close to 70% as possible and around 50% in flower but 45% right near the end !!!!! Don't forget to have plenty of air movement blowing around the tent 😊

Heaters will create really dry air too which plants won't like.

If you needed heater I'd recommend a small oil filled radiator. 1 - 1.5kw is usuAlly enough. I have a clip on fan above mine that just gets it moving about below canopy.
