Every single article I've ever seen mentioning the topic (many, BTW) cites no evidence, only fear of the unknown, because it has not been studied at all. I will bet there exists not one clinical study on the topic.
Hate quoting myself, but here we are a year later.

I’ve seen documentaries were parents are striving for the right to use medical cannabis. Also for autism.
One kid died due to a seizure. It would probably not had that seizure using medical cannabis.
If it works, use it, if it doesn’t, stop using it.
In this documentary the kid got one drop a day and he socially opened up. He said hello to his teacher and went voluntairy to his school. His teacher could not believe the evolution that kid has gone through in such a short time.
Who are we to say they should not give it to a kid?
One drop a day... I mean seriously? If it can save a kids life, you would regret not having done it. Rather go to jail saving my kids life than doing the right thing and killing my child.

Which I found interesting is that his mother mentioned a vaccin he got. He was a very intelligent kid and could speak very well, problems started after getting a specific vaccin. A lot of parents with kids having autism second this.

I'm getting really annoyed now. Every day we are seeing more and more studies showing all the various ailments that cannabis can help. And yet we are not allowed use it. And why? Because some biased and ill informed studies claim it *may* be slightly detrimental to some people's mental condition. Much better to just pump them full of SSRI's and Ritalin for their entire lives....I'm sick of it!
