Default Water curing when bud is already dried & cured....

A couple of people have expressed interest in my latest escapade so I thought that I would write it up...

My last grow was harvested a little early (purely my own fault) and was rough on the throat... and instead of it becoming smoother with age, the opposite was happening

So, what is a guy to do?

I did a quick check around to see if anyone had tried water curing already dry buds & they had, with reasonable results too...

So, a quick test... I grabbed a bud, chucked it in a jar filled with water & changed the water every day for 5 days.

After 24 hours the water looked like this :-

The remaining days there was no change in the water's colour....

Anyway, after day 5, I removed the bud & chucked it in my dehydrator to dry off & ended up with this:-

I had to chop the bud in two & it still got a little squashed in the drying process

and, how did things turn out?

It still had a sharp edge to it but was a vast improvement on where I started from so, I shall call it a result

Right on M . Ill try a test sample side by side .

Ive always misted my drying plants in middle of day to keep the drying even , prevents the weed from smelling like grass and hay clippings and its still not right ffs

After 19 years of growing this is still my bug-a-boo , getting weed to keep its terpenes . Piss off when the weed on the plant is AAA 1 grade in smoke but have B grade aroma . One area i must work on and must perfect
