    Even if you didn't count the cuttings, you're still over the limit.

    Cuttings, seedlings, anything alive and growing is classed as a plant, regardless of your plans for it. Take some advice from some of the diaries on here that less is more, and adhere to the forum rules like everyone else.

    Sensible rule really. If you have over 10 it certainly rules out growing for personal medicinal reasons.
    No different to walking into tesco and being told you can only buy 2 small packs of paracetamol
