Your going to have heat issues imho. Cant you just buy a small propagation tent and take your chances with propagation lights? I've never tried myself in an area THAT small but it might give something....
I made a PC case grow myself and in all honesty it was a failure, and suffered heat issues with a couple cfl's and loads of ventilation. I ended up spending a lot of money out, and time, and binned the lot.

I plan on doing a 12 12 from seed grow so the plants will get 3 feet the biggest and i had that light a while and in my first grow only problems i had with it was humidity i mean you dont think if i hook my fan to the light along with a 4 in carbon filter and rise the box another foot put about 4 cpu fans along the sides 2 intake 2 exhaust and im not really worried about hight cuz its made of pvc i can just add as much as i need i had a diary up here a while back check it out
